# Content-Transfer-Encoding

 * Hi,
 * Can you please tell me how can I change the content-transfer-encoding for the
   emails?
 * I setup the email codification to BASE 64 in setup options, but when I send emails
   I get this:
 * Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
 * and not Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
 * So, all specials characters looks wrong in desktop applications like Windows 
   10 email (not in the browser like Gmail, Outlook or mobile apps).

 * Hi, that is your mail server, contact the provider. I can grant we set the content
   type correctly.
 * Or could be a plugin interfering with the mailing functionality of WP.
