 * all your posts are stored in your mySQL database .. not sure about how to go
   about extracting the database and installing into another directory ..
 * someone more advanced will have to help you out on this one. but to let you know,
   the database contains your posts, pages, and comments.

 * The Codex is your best friend 🙂 One of these fine tutorials should help you
   to make the move: [Moving_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress).

 * side question to the same query…
 * what if i want to move the content of my wordpress blog to another domain, is
   that possible and how, and what steps, should i take..
 * plus, is there a way to view the content, by the users choice, ie, one post,
   3 post per page, we set it to one custom view, but is there a way that allows
   users to change that…
 * thankyou again.

 * You can move it to another domain, but it’s trickier, and you need to know what
   you’re doing with MySQL.
 * Hold on, I’ll find a post that will help.
