   a continuous scroll on the homepage, rather than or in addition to a menu?
 * e.g.

   [https://omnicommons.org/](https://omnicommons.org/)
 * Or are these single pages with complex formatting?
 * In other words, how do I use wordpress to create pages similar to the ones above?
