# Contributor cannot log in

 * Ok, so I have a contributor that, for some reason, cannot log in. I have changed
   her password and all and i can log in as her but she cannot… is this something
   you have seen before? She lives in a different state so I can’t just go check
   her computer… any ideas? She is using google chrome…

 * Is she using the same login url that works for you (when you log in as her)? 
   Make sure she clears browser cookies and cache before her next attempt.
