# control buttons error

 * For some reason, video is showing smaller control buttons (play, pause, etc) 
   at top of video, instead of the larger control buttons in the middle of video.
 * There are also duplicate control buttons, as can be seen in this screenshot:

 * I have other videos on site that working fine. Any ideas on what might be causing
   this, and what I can do to fix it? Thanks for any suggestions.

 * thank you for reaching out to us Andrew!
 * Issues such as this one are most often caused by plugin or theme incompatibilities.
   However, as other videos work just fine, it is unlikely.
 * Can you pinpoint anything different about this video / any changes you made between
   posting previous videos and this one? Also, it would help us a lot if you would
   share a link to where this video is posted, so we could try it out hands-on.
