controls=hide by default?

    hi!
    I am not sure why this would be the case, but when I create a Gallery using the widget I end up with a controls=’hide’
    and my slideshow is not displaying the < > on either side of the pics.
    I am using GooglePhoto.

    If I copy the shortcode before automatic creation and change the controls=’hide’ to controls=’show’ and manually create a shortcode, it works as expected.

    I can’t find how to change the default behavior.

    Not sure I understand fully – I don’t have a “widget” in Photonic. How exactly are you creating the gallery?

    If you are using the gallery builder, there is an option to explicitly set this:
