 * When trying to covert a Word file (docx) I get the error:
    Error while attempting
   to convert file: children is not a function
 * I’ve tried several different files.
 * I’m using WP 4.8.1, plugin version 1.7.0
 * I have created a simple docx file and it doesn’t seem to work. Any tips is appreciated!
 * Chris

 * Could you provide an example document to help track down the issue?
 * Have you tried converting a new document with just a paragraph of text in?

 * I created a basic single paragraph document and it failed. I can upload the doc
   but I’m not sure it will help as I have a dev wordpress install and it converted
   the doc just fine. Perhaps an incompatibility with another plugin? There are
   quite a few on my production box and I could go through one by one until I find
   one that causes this behavior but I was hoping this was a user error on my part(
   and an obvious one to troubleshoot).

 * Ah, if it’s working on another installation then I’d expect a conflict with another
   plugin, although I’m not sure how that would be the case given the error you’ve
   described. If you could try removing plugins or changing the theme to narrow
   down the issue, that would be helpful.

 * That would be tricky, since it is my production site. I’m fairly new to wordpress
   but I’ve been debugging scripts for a long time. Are there any good webpages/
   pdfs/something else that can help me? Perhaps a log file with some debugging
   turned on? I’ve not looked for a FAQ here on how to do debugging on plugins so
   that’s where I’ll start but I welcome any tips on debugging wp plugins in general.
   Thanks!

 * I’ve found some good tips on debugging, but I’d love to hear your opinions/tips.
   Also, any insight on that specific error would be appreciated!

 * I’d suggest cloning your production environment (exactly how you do this will
   depend on how you’re running your production environment, so I can’t really give
   much advice), reproducing the issue on your cloned environment, and then seeing
   if disabling the other plugins or setting the theme to the default changes anything.

 * it’s one of the disadvantages of being able to mod the environment. I think what
   I’ll do is add the plug-ins one by one and see if one of them breaks the plugin.
   Thanks for the help and I’ll let you know what I find.
