 * Are conversions by coupon considered when calculating the conversion rate? Doing
   so would seem to skew the stats as the number of non-converting visits prompted
   by a coupon code are unknown. This would of course not be an issue for conversions
   using a coupon code that were initiated by a visit from a url with the referrer
   id.
