# Conversion tracking issue (G-Analytics)

 * Hello,
 * I have issue with tracking conversions. Here is the situation:
 * 1/ On website, conversions are marked as tracked.
 * 2/ On google analytics, after sorting orders by date, I saw that: some orders
   are not there, and some orders are counted twice. I even saw an order from mid
   September tracked with October date.
 * What’s going on here?

 * I understand that you’re experiencing some issues with tracking conversions. 
   Let’s get this sorted out.
 * **“some orders are counted twice.”**
 * This indicates that you might have a third-party code/plugin on your site that’s
   sending a duplicate conversion.
 * The Pixel Manager has a feature called **Order Duplication Prevention** which
   involves methods designed to prevent the same order from being counted multiple
   times in tracking systems like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.

 * That said, please remove any third-party plugins that you think will affect tracking
   accuracy or serves the same purpose as the Pixel Manager.
