# Convert XHTML template

 * I have fallen in love with [this XHTML template](http://themeforest.net/item/colossus-magazineportfolio-xhtml-template/103936)
   and am considering buying it if it can be turned into a WordPress theme that 
   is somewhat future-proof.
 * However, I have never tried to do anything remotely like this and consider myself
   a noob.
 * Can someone please tell me if it is fairly simple or I should just give up before
   buying it?
