Cookie bar responsiveness

Hello,

and first of all thanks a lot for this amazing plugin!

I have an issue with the cookie bar display on mobile version. When it displays for the first time I only have the first half of the text (and no button) and if I go to an other page after that I only have the color background of the bar. No text, no button.

Is there a fix to that?
