At the bottom, a button is shown, to give the visitor the option to change the cookie/privacy settings.

    1. The button and the text are both black, and we don’t see an option to change that.
    2. Is there a way to show it on the left site of the screen?
    3. Why not using a nice floating logo/icon, like most cookie plugins?
    4. Is there a shortcode we can use, so we can create our own floating icon with a link to the cookie/privacy settings.

For the rest: we like the plugin and are considering it to use on all clients websites, once we resolved this strange issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    1. The button and the text both being shown as black has been identified as a bug and has been added to our product development roadmap and will be fixed in a future release.
    2. Yes, you can show the button on the left side of the screen by navigating to – Cookie Consent > Cookie Settings > Content and Design > Revoke Consent > Configuration > Tab Position.
    3. As of now we don’t have any floating icon/logo, however, it has been added to our product roadmap and will be included in a future update.
    4. No, as of now we do not provide any feature using which you add a logo to the Revoke Consent(Cookie Settings) button, however, it is added in our roadmap and planned for a future release, as of now, we do provide an option to modify the button text in – Cookie Consent > Cookie Settings > Content and Design > Revoke Consent > Configuration > Text.

    Regards,
    The WPLP Compliance Team
