# CookieYes Scan button

 * Hello,
    I tried to scan the website but the button “connect and scan” doesn’t
   work. I don’t understand why. It seems “un-clickable”.
 * I have reset the setting, I disinstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
    I checked
   for cli-tables in database and there are.
 * Any suggestion?

 * This could be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and switch to a default theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of the problem. If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal
   visitors to your site.

 * Hey,
    thank you so much, some plugin was in conflict, I still don’t know which
   one. Anyway, for other people with the same issue: Install Health Check Plugin(
   OR disable all plugins – but it’s better to work under maintenance in this way),
   start diagnostics with the Health Check plugin, then start scanning. Disable 
   Diagnostic. Cheers!

 * It could take a while to deactivate/activate each plugin to identify which one
   is causing the issue. Anyway, glad to know that you are able to scan successfully.
