 * Well that is quite sad, but I would recommend you to try and work out so that
   the user changes his review or deletes it.
    Don’t let one user ruin a great plugin
   and your day 😉

 * I don’t think this user is going to change the review. If you look at their profile,
   it shows that 6 out of 7 reviews they left were 1 star 🙂

 * I can imagine how disappointed you are with this review, people amaze me how 
   critical they are of a product they pay no money for, however. its only one amongst
   all those 5 star reviews.
 * Most people will see 1 one star review and realise this guy is a jerk.
 * Please reconsider adding this plugin to the repo, its a beauty!
