Copy Site dropdown empty when adding new site

Hi,

When I try to add a new site and enable the “Copy Site” option, the template site dropdown is empty. No sites are listed, and the search field doesn’t return anything.

I already have existing sites in the network, but they are not showing up.

Could you please advise?
