 * Is there a chance the carousel has two rows?
 * Like here for example (at the buttom of the page):

    its possible. open this file : wp-content\plugins\insta-gallery\templates\
   carousel.php
 * and replace this line of code (LINE 111):
    `autoHeight:true,`
 * with this line:
    `slidesPerColumn: 2,`
 * NOTE: please make sure its a temporary solution and will be removed with the 
   future updates of the plugin. so try to copy/paste this template to your theme(
   if you are using child-theme).
