# Correct Answer/Comments Entered

 * Since the 7.0.0 update, the notification emails now include:
 * Correct Answer: NA
    Comments Entered: NA
 * under every question. How can we disable this? We’re using this for the form 
   functionality, not for quizzes. I have the Quit Type set to “form.”
