The “Text that appears if answer was wrong” text is kind of mislabeled as its true intention/purpose is to simply provide additional information about the question once the quiz has been completed.
by default, anything entered in that section will only appear if the user gets the question wrong, but you can enable “Show the “Text that appears if answer was wrong” even if the user got the question right” option in the quiz settings that will force that text to appear regardless if the user got the answer right or not.
If you are looking to separate the text based on right or wrong answer (so you show TEXT A if the user got the question right, or TEXT B if they got it wrong), then I’m afraid that HD Quiz does not have this feature. It may be something I’ll add in the future, but there are no immediate plans to include it.
