# Corrupt Mysql database table

 * All posts and pages on my website disappear from time to time. I learned it was
   because of a corrupt wp_posts database table. I learned to fix from Cpanel.
 * However an error persists even though the site is up and running. I get the following
   message after running [http://mysite.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php](http://mysite.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php)
 * The wp_posts table is not okay. It is reporting the following error: Size of 
   indexfile is: 8441856 Should be: 8438784. WordPress will attempt to repair this
   table…
    Failed to repair the wp_posts table. Error: Size of indexfile is: 8441856
   Should be: 8438784
 * I tried different database repair tools but to no avail. Any suggestions?
