# Corrupt Plugin File

 * Hi –
 * I have downloaded a backup of all of my files today. I followed the instructions
   for restoring my files as I had to switch my DNS number which resulted in information
   that was stored on the external server to be deleted from my wordpress site.
 * Upon restoration, the plugins did not restore which has resulted in the discongifuration
   of my entire site.
 * When trying to upload a different saved backup of my plug in file the same thing
   happens.
 * Can someone please help us with this problem?

 * To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy 
   of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory
   of your site via FTP. You can send the log file and copy the contents into an
   online tool (such as [http://pastebin.com/](http://pastebin.com/) )
