Perhaps sharing a screen recording would help the trouble you’re experiencing.

Can you share a screen recording to a file sharing services like Google Drive, and share its public link in your reply to this?

I think I found it, I use Visual Composer and wen I deactivate the Plugin it stops.
Works Sydney with visual composer?

I restored a Backup from last day and now it stops flashing, but what was it?
