    I install your plugin. Its working fine before but from 2-3 days show
   me an error “could not start the e-mail function ” What is an issue?

   like that issue is in your server settings.
 * The problem “Could not instantiate mail function” means that your server has 
   a problem with sending emails from it. Please contact your hosting provider and
   ask them to check PHP email functionality for you.
