Couldn’t create pop up chatbot

    Hello

    On your previous version there is a option to enable pop-up chatbot. But right now that that option is not available. There is only option chatbot. that doesn’t create proper pop up chatbot. Please Need a solution.

    Hi @a1bir,

    We offer two types of bots for your convenience. One is a shortcode-based bot, which can be placed on specific pages, and the other is a widget-based bot that appears as a popup in the bottom right or left corner of the screen. To access the widget-based bot, you can navigate to the ChatGPT – Widget tab. Is this the type of bot you were inquiring about?
