I’ve checked your site and noticed that popup code is visible on pages other than the homepage, which indicates that you use a Static home page. In this case we recommend that you insert the popup code manually to the <head> section of that page.
You can find the popup code on the Integrate it page, here: https://mypopups.com/themes/email-side-widget-blue-484-58070/integrate-it (please select “Any other HTML site”).
After you insert the popup code, please launch the popup.
Also, please let us know which WordPress Theme you use on your site so we can improve the plugin.

I had tried to refresh the page and then inserted the popup code manully to the <head> section of header.php, and also had cleared my site cache, but still didn’t work.

Thank you for letting us know which theme you use.
Unfortunately as it’s premium theme we can’t test it.
I did small research and it seems that they offer live-chat somewhere.
But at the end I couldn’t find it. I wanted to contact them about this theme.
If you can access live-chat support on the theme settings page, you can try to ask them how you can insert any script in the <head> of your website.
Alternate solution may be to use this plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
Once you install it, simply paste the URL in “Scripts in Footer” section.

Can you please tell me where can I find the subscriber’s emails? Couldn’t find any place to check from dashborad, must I use follow.it?
