# couldn’t retrieve author error

 * I could post blogs from Jetpack mobile to my website blog before upgrading to
   WP 6.5.2. Now I get “Couldn’t retrieve author” when I try to post a draft. I 
   tried deactivating all plugins, accept Jetpack and received the same error. I
   did a test page of the title and text saying text and received the same error.
   I even did a user to the WP site with the same name and user info thinking mething
   changed there, and nothing. want to get back to writing drafts from my cell again.
   Advice and direction needed.
