Couldn’t setup the plugin in my store

    Hi,

    I couldn’t set up the plugin in my store, I’m using the free version(Redsys Lite).

    can you please help me to set up it from A till Z

    like how can I add my bank account details…

    Hi @rojava,

    You should have received an email from your bank with the FUC, the Terminal, and the test SHA256.

    Simply put, each of these data in its place in the configuration is called the same.

    If you are in test mode, you must have test mode enabled in the plugin. When you go to live, you must put the live SHA256, which you will find on the Redsys website (the URL must also be in the email you received).

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response, but from where should i receive the email and where should i registe my self.

    I just installed the plugin in my store and didn’t do any thing.

    Can you please explain more for me like where should i register my self and put my bank information to start the integration .

    Hi, I’m sorry for the delay.

    You need to go to your bank and ask for Redsys. There is no way to signup online.

    These are the banks that allow Redsys http://www.redsys.es/en/quienes-somos.html
