Hello there,
Sorry for the troubles. Thanks for checking for conflicts though.
Lets see, I tool a look and could find any thing obvious on the front end. I have a couple things for you to try.
1. Renter your API key, reselect a list, and save the form to see it helps.
2. If that doesn’t help contact MailChimp Support for help resetting your API key. A new one will usually help any connection hiccups.
Let me know if either of the steps helps. If not we’ll see what else we can do.

Hello again,
It’s been a little while and we had not heard from you. Wanted to check in before closing this thread.
Please let us know if you still require assistance, and if you were able to perform the above steps. If we don’t hear anything within a few days we’ll come mark this as resolved.

Hi there,
i have the same problem. I tried step no. 1. But no change. It can not problem with new version of WordPress? Or what now?
Thanks,
Pavel
I thought my problem was solved with the first solution. But it only worked for the first click. The second solution didn’t work either.
I have switched to another plugin that fits my needs better.
Hello there,
@theanswerisfood : Sorry you had to find an alternative, and for the slow response. If you’d like to revisit us we’d be happy to help figure it out. See some steps below.
@pavel007 : Also, sorry for the slow response. This shouldn’t have to do with the recent WordPress update. We tested for compatibility, and haven’t received any reports of incompatibility. The error ‘Couldn’t verify form submission’ is something we see occasionally, but is usually caused by provider connection issues or a conflict with other software. If the above steps didn’t help we can be pretty sure it’s not a connection issue though. The following steps will help you isolate any conflicts.
To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.
1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, let us know and we’ll see if we can address it in our next patch. If not and you still require assistance, I think I’ll want to take a look.
Let me know if the issue persists, and I’ll have you file a ticket with our premium support channel, so we can work more closely.

Hello there,
After a talk with our developer we think the issue is just with the key not validating, but saving will hopefully resolve things. Just go edit the form, and save, and let us know if it has any effect.
Thanks in advance, hope to hear good news.
