    For the flickr albums, is it possible to have for example a first display of 6 photos and when you click on “more photos” to have batches of 12 photos that are displayed instead of 6+6 or 12+12 ?

    No, those values cannot be different. Basically all your pages are of the same size till you reach the last page.
