# Countdown error – adding a year

 * Just starting with the plug-in. We’re adding a countdown to 30 October 2020.
 * The Live Preview displayed correctly (i.e just over a year) but once the timer
   was saved the first time, the preview showed TWO years, not one.
 * Yes, we’re sure the timer set for 2020 <g>. Have a screen shot to confirm.

   with the live (currently incorrect) counter.
 * Can’t see a way to workaround this. Otherwise we really like the plugin and would
   like to continue using it.

 * I’m afraid that didn’t work. I cleared the caches and saved the countdown again.
   Both the page and Live Preview. I’ll be around over the weekend if you’d like
   to try again.

   a js code on your side.

 * Sorry for the delay. I’ve just turned off Cloudflare cache (Sat 7:40pm UTC). 
   Can’t turn off the ISP’s cache by adding ?nocache=1 to the URL.

 * I have tried like that but unfortunately i cant again do debug our script.
    If
   it’s possible please disable your cache a short time to help me debug and understand
   an issue.

 * Unfortunately, the Web host doesn’t allow the cache to be disabled. Only the 
   URL suffis mentioned above.
