# Countdown timer doesn't move

 * When you are in incognito mode or on mobile the countdown timer doesn’t move.

 * The one that really is a problem is this one:

 * as basically it means that jQuery is simply not loading on your site. You can

 * Check to make sure that the file exists and has the correct file permissions 
   to be executed.

 * Server 500 errors indicate a server configuration error.
 * If your server is Apache, it might well be a problem with your .htaccess file.
