# Countdown timer issues

 * I really like your hurrytimer and I’m currently just testing your free version.
   I’ve had a few issues though:
 * 1) when I try and end/delete a timer which has already been set it doesn’t seem
   to remove or clear timer from site.
 * 2) End one timer manually and add a new one the old one still continues to work
   on site and new one doesn’t appear.
 * 3) When the timer ends and the out of stock option is selected it doesn’t work.
   Still shows item in stock.
 * There seems to be a long delay in any changes made and in some cases the changes
   don’t even happen on the site.
 * Any advice and help will be appreciated.

 *  Since the plugin is deleted/deactivated, you need to manually remove shortcodes.
 * 2) End one timer manually and add a new one the old one still continues to work
   on site and new one doesn’t appear.
 * Can you share the page URL so I can take a closer look?

 * Changing stock status action is not supported in evergreen timers, for one-time
   timer, the “out of stock” label will show up after page reload.
