# Counting doesn’t work

 * Hello,
 * I use the plugin on my website cash-geek.com.
 * I insert it via shortcodes [favorite_button site_id=”5333″] and [user_favorites].
 * There are 2 problems: 1. when I klick on the bookmark button the number increases
   by one, but when I refresh the page the number decreases. For example on this
