 * I have a coupon code “Welcome2023”, When I apply coupon code, it does not reflect
   any discount.
 * Also I want to restrict Cart Icon only to Cart Page, Now when I add the new products,
   this Cart Icon distract the products data Saving.
 * Is there any way to change the Cart Icon to other place or keep it floating.
