 * i’d like to try the trial version period with the “EWD Trial” coupon code, but
   there is nowhere to place the coupon. Where could I insert it to try the premium
   version?

 * You can enter the coupon code in the regular upgrade panel in the Dashboard tab
   of the plugin admin.
