This is not “resolved”, you have to pay to buy the new plugin to “resolve” it which unfortunately my client is having to do.
Was this ever resolved at all? I am having exactly the same issue.

I paid to buy the plugin again so I could upgrade to the latest version of Event Manager pro, the issue was then resolved.

ps Paying again is a cheaper option considering how many chargable hours I used trying to solve the issue. So I advise you to do that
If that’s the only solution, I will give it a try 🙂
Disappointing, after the paid upgrade I am not able to create new Coupons at all:
I get the following message:
“Something went wrong saving your Coupon.”

It definitely worked when we upgraded, ensure you upgrade the “free” part of Event Manager aswell as the “paid” pro bit you just bought, otherwise there will be issues.
As you have paid, you are entitled to full support from the developer, so log into their website and email support or visit the pro forum.
They will help you sort the problem now as you purchased 1 year support/updates.
I had to delete my coupons table and recreate it using the updated scheme.
Works fine now. Still surprising that nobody from the developers cared to chime in.
