 * Unfortunately our Black Friday coupon has not been working for customers when
   trying to checkout. a message saying ‘coupon “Friday15” does not exist’.
 * Have checked all settings and tried to delete coupon and create a new one but
   still no luck. A timely response would be much appreciated.
