# Coupon Generation and Plugin Functionality

 * Hello,
 * I’d like to ask how exactly the coupon generation for reviews works. At the moment,
   I have it set up so that a coupon is generated when a customer submits both a
   review and a photo.
 * Is the plugin able to automatically generate these coupons in WooCommerce, or
   do I need to pre-generate them myself in the admin panel and upload the list 
   to the plugin?
 * Also, is it necessary for the review to be submitted via the link in the request
   email? Or will the coupon also be sent to someone who leaves a review manually(
   e.g., directly on the website)?

 * Thanks for your message!
 * To clarify, since you’re using **WooCommerce**, the plugin **doesn’t automatically
   generate coupons**. You’ll need to **pre-generate the coupons yourself in your
   WooCommerce admin**, then upload the list to Judge.me from the **Rewards section**
   of your dashboard.

 * Once your list is uploaded, coupons will be sent automatically when a review 
   meets your chosen conditions — like requiring both a **photo and text**, as you’ve

 * Also, the review **doesn’t have to be submitted via the email request link** —
   manual reviews submitted directly on your site will also be eligible for coupons
   if they match your rules.
