Coupon not applying

    Two questions:

    1. I have the below settings enabled. There are 2 issues, firstly the coupon is not always applied to the checkout when visiting the site via the referral link and I tried in incognito also as well as other browsers. Secondly in this case when the coupon is not added, it doesn’t capture the conversion even with the below settings enabled. What could be causing this? I would at least like for the conversion to be captured, but ideally also the coupon to be applied.
      • Enable Referral URL Generation & Click Tracking
      • Automatically apply coupon to cart/checkout if referral URL is used.
      • Attempt to apply coupon instantly on first page visited.
      • Track conversions via referral URL even if coupon was not used.
    2. I have one “recent order” appearing in the affiliate dashboard. when checking “recent orders” page. However when viewing the “Referral URL:” page, it shows conversion rate as 0% – is this because it tracks only orders made via the tracking url and not necessarily when a coupon code was use? Slightly confused here…

    Hi,

    1) Based on your settings, the coupon should indeed be auto-applied and tracking file via referral URLs. Is the coupon also assigned to an affiliate user?

    2) The referral URL page stats does only track orders made through the tracking URL. So if the coupon was applied manually it would not show up in the referral URL stats area.
