Hi i got a really strange problem. Not long ago i created a coupon for a 10% discount with unlimited uses and 1 use per user. That works just fine, but today i tried to create another one with a 20% discount and i’ve used the SAME settings as the previous one but instead of a status of 1/infinity i get 0/infinity so i cannot use the coupon.
When i try to apply it , it says that there is no valid email address. The only way to get it to work is to use the allowed emails feature, and use a specific email, but that’s not what i want.
Hey there, @slay2012! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
Can you please share screenshots for the coupon settings so we can take a look and try to replicate the issue on our end? You can blur/remove the coupon code it self from it. Please make sure to share screenshots for all tabs under Coupon Data. I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
To confirm you are using the default Woo coupon, correct? Do you have any plugins or custom code that affects coupons?
Is everything on your website updated (all plugins, the theme, WordPress, etc)?
Thanks for sharing more details! Based on the screenshot you’ve shared, everything seems correct, and there shouldn’t be any issues. The 0/∞ indicates that this coupon hasn’t been used yet and can be used an unlimited number of times.
For your older coupon, the 1/∞means the coupon used once.
I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
