I have created a PDF coupon product and would like to sell it for CHF 230. Then a PDF and the coupon code are generated as required. This works perfectly so far. However, the problem is that the Woocommerce coupon code created after the purchase has no value.

No matter if I want the voucher for a few items or the whole store assortment, the value is always CHF 0.00.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for you help! 🙂

    Hi @simon61,

    thank you for your message!

Have you used any WooCommerce coupons when buying this product? If you use one (for example for CHF 230 or 100%) then the order will have the value of CHF equal to 0.

The PDF coupon takes the amount for the coupon from the amount of the position in the order. Is that what could have happened in your case? If so, I encourage you to set the category for the gift card (PDF coupon) in the product edit screen. And to choose the different categories for the coupon to work with. So that it will work for other products in the order.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.

    Have a good day!

    Best regards,

@tomasz_bednarek This was exactly the problem. To test everything I bought with a 100% coupon.

Thanks for your fast help! Top! 🙂
