 * Hi MasterStudy LMS Support Team,
 * I’m writing to inquire about the **course progress tracking and “resume playback”
   functionality** within MasterStudy LMS.
 * My goal is to ensure that when a student navigates away from a lesson or a video,
   they can **automatically continue from their last watched or completed point**
   when they return to the course.
 * Could you please clarify the following:
    1. Is this “resume from where I left off” feature **built-in and automatically
       enabled** by default in MasterStudy LMS?
    2. Are there any **specific settings** (either general LMS settings or individual
       course/lesson settings) that I need to check or configure to ensure this functionality
       works correctly for all types of content (e.g., standard lessons, videos, quizzes,
       SCORM packages)?
    3. Are there any common reasons or configurations that might **prevent this feature
       from working as expected** (e.g., specific browser settings, caching issues,
       or content types)?
 * Any guidance or documentation links on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
 * Thank you for your time and assistance.
 * Best regards,

 * Hi
   Sorry for delay in response!
    1. Yes, by default the courses work like this. Once the student re-enters ti the
       course it will open a lesson which he left in progress.
    2. There is no any settings to stand for this feature. Always there will be saved
       a % of progress. That % means the start point when student enters a course.
       But, for e.g. for video lessons it will not start the min(point) which the student
       watched.
    3. The feature can be restricted by customizations, third party plugins which may
       create conflict or caching plugins also may trigger the case.
 * Hope it will be helpful!
   Kind regards
