CPU 100% and memory satured

hello, I manage a sports site that has a lot of posts (270k) and during football matches makes many visits on the same articles (about 1000 visits). the problem is that by activating the caches with different editors in beckend (about 10) the cpu usage goes to 100% (8core cpu) and the memory is saturated (I have 64gb on the server) until the server collapses. I also use to support cliudflare
