CPU Usage limit Problem

My website is http://healthyceleb.com/ and I am in great trouble as my web hosting provider (hosting24.com) has suspended my account 2 times for more CPU usage. I don’t know why my website is using so much CPU. My visitors are less than 1000 per day. Due to suspension of my website, the visitors have dropped to 600-700 per day. Still, my website is using around 60% CPU and sometimes just 8%. I have recently installed WP-Optimize plugin, deleted Database Backup plugin, and installed w3 Total Cache. But, no progress. Still, CPU usage is around 60%.
My web hosting provider is saying me to switch to VPS, but my visitors are not so high.
Web hosting provider is saying that I have unlimited bandwidth but not the CPU. CPU is shared by other websites also, on that server.
Please suggest me solution.
