Crashes multisite upon activation

Have a 3.8.1 multisite – sub-folder install – test version site setup just like my several active sites. Only have one sub-site setup at present.

Crashes entire site upon activation – network or single site – had to disable by manually editing the database.

on page:
/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=
or:
/wp-admin/network/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=

returns:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/subscribr/lib/mindshare-options-framework/mindshare-options-framework.php on line 807

on *every* page.

Downloaded the plugin from your site, did a code compare on that file – binary equal between downloaded fila and file installed from WP repository.
