# Crayon “url” attribute able to pull source code from GitHub?

 * Hello,
 * I have source code on GitHub. I would like to present it in WP page using Crayon
   Plugin.
 * 1. Edit WP page containing Crayon
    2. Open Crayon “Edit Code” dialog 3. Paste
   in URL from GitHub: [https://github.com/Marketo/SOAP-Sample-Code/blob/master/php/Authentication/CreateAuthHeader.php](https://github.com/Marketo/SOAP-Sample-Code/blob/master/php/Authentication/CreateAuthHeader.php)
   4. Click Save 5. Click Preview Changes 6. See error: “An error has occurred. 
   Please try again later.” 7. Repeat steps 2-7 and try “[http://&#8221](http://&#8221);
   instead of “[https://&#8221](https://&#8221);, same result. 8. This is what I
   see in “Text View”: `<pre class="lang:php decode:true" data-url="https://github.
   com/Marketo/SOAP-Sample-Code/blob/master/php/Authentication/CreateAuthHeader.
   php"></pre>`
 * Question: Is it possible to use GitHub as source repository with Crayon Plugin?

 * Oops, I figured it out. Need to embed “raw” version of the file. e.g.
 * [https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Marketo/SOAP-Sample-Code/blob/master/php/Authentication/CreateAuthHeader.php](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Marketo/SOAP-Sample-Code/blob/master/php/Authentication/CreateAuthHeader.php)
