 * hi,
    i use your plugin last year but i want to improve my form with payment i
   want that the question of quantity purchase is logical linked with other question.
   i sell items that are installed in address and i want to know whese the items
   will be installed. so if i buy 5 items i want 5 rows in which the customers write
   address if i buy 2 items two rows…ando so on. the form of last years is linked.
   sorry is in italian. i want that the quantity (quantità) open the same numbers
   of row “indirizzo1” thanks nico
