# Create a label button completely missing

 * All order detail pages are now missing the create a label button after the recent
   plugin update.
 * Please address this.

   I can understand your concern, To assist you further can you confirm
   you’ve followed the set up as described in our guide [here](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#setup-and-configuration)?
   Kindly note only a user with an Admin or Shop Manager role can create shipping
   labels with a [payment method added to their respective WordPress.com account](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#set-up-shipping-labels)
   or by adding a new payment method as suggested [here](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#print-shipping-labels).
   If the issue presist even after following all steps mention in above articles.
   Could you please try to clear your browser cache and site cache and see if that
   resolve the issue?Also, please make sure all the conditions mentioned here are

   If you still facing the same issue, could you please go to **WooCommerce > System
   Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax** and here **enable debug and/or logging.**
   After that, please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate
   the issue further:
    - **System Status Report** which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get
      system report > Copy for support.
    - **Fatal error logs** (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
