# Create Admin User with Limitations

 * I’d like to create a user with a Role that is very similar to Administrator.
 * This user is going to handle setting up my template. But I do not want him to
   have any rights that he doesn’t need to have (such as creating, modifying or 
   deleting other users).
 * Is this possible? I’ve looked everywhere I can think of.

   with changing capabilities of user roles
