 * Hi.
    Is it possible for support agents to be assigned automatically depending
   on the role in wordpress? For example: I want all the users “editor” in WordPress,
   to be “agents” in Support Candy. Without having to assign them one by one from
   the backend. Thank you!

 * Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign users as agents automatically depending
   on the WordPress role. You have to manually add them as agents in the Support
   Agent setting.
