# Create Child Theme

 * Hey,
 * I installed WordPress (latest version) an all worked fine. I installed the Theme
   WhiteBlack from WebLionMedia an to this point everything went good. but when 
   i create a child theme this error is shown up with the WP_DEBUG:
 * **Fatal error: Error locating lib/utils.php for inclusion in /var/www/vhosts/
   yourdomain.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/whiteblack/functions.php on line 64**
 * I searched the last five days for a Solution but nothing worked for me.
    May 
   you can help me?!?

 * I would guess you have a theme-specific issue — Not all themes work well with
   Child Themes — needing support from someone outside these forums supporting downloads
   from wordpress.org.
